Jackson Hospitality Services opens Staybridge Suites in Augusta, Georgia

August, 8th, 2008, The Birmingham based hotel Development and Management Company; Jackson Hospitality Services, Inc., has been hired as the management company for a Staybridge Suites in Augusta, Georgia. This 92 room upscale extended stay hotel is part of the Intercontinental Hotels Group which also franchises Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels as well as other brands.

Ben Koopman, Vice President of Jackson Hospitality Services, oversees operations of all Jackson managed hotels. Mr. Koopman states "We are pleased to now have five Intercontinental hotels in the JHS system. Along with the Staybridge, JHS opened a Candlewood Suites in Alabaster, Alabama in July, 2008. Mr. Koopman further states, "This is an exciting time for Jackson Hospitality Services and the relationship we have built with the Intercontinental Hotel Group. Currently JHS operated 18 hotels with another two locations to open in Alabama in 2009.
