Saha Hotel: February 2, 2004

BIRMINGHAM, AL:    Jackson Hospitality Services, Inc. (JHS) of Birmingham AL has been awarded a new hotel development contract.

The company has been engaged to oversee the development and opening of Hotel Saba a full service hotel at Rosemary Beach FL. An Alabama investment group is developing the hotel. The 56 room four story hotel is located in the commercial area of Rosemary Beach. Rosemary Beach is a popular residential/commercial development located between Panama City Beach and Destin FL on Country Road 30-A. off of U.S. Highway 98.

Cory Jackson, Jr., President of JHS states, "I am sure that there will be a strong demand for the luxury accommodations of this boutique hotel". During the summer months the hotel will host families and groups such as wedding parties. In the fall and winter months the hotel will market to civic and business groups for get-away meetings.

The hotel will have a lounge, dining room and meeting rooms. In addition there will be a business center, exercise room with sauna, and a pool deck area. The hotel is located approximately 500 feet from the sugar-white sand beach of south Walton County. Hotel guests can enjoy the many activities in the area such as golf, tennis, water sports, bicycling, fishing and nature tours.

Jackson further states, "Hotel Saba guestrooms will be equipped with hi-definition flat screen TV. In addition, free wireless high-speed Internet service will be available. The hotel is schedule to open March 2005".

JHS is a hotel development and management company. The company currently manages 15 hotels located from GA to CO.

The architect for Hotel Saba is Trapolin Architects of New Orleans. The interior design firm is Bolhert Massey Design of Santa Rosa Beach FL. The general contractor is New Creations Building of Panama City Beach FL.
